Salary Scale PO10 (£57,597 to £60,162) per annum.


At the very core of People First Policing, Gloucestershire Constabulary are seeking someone with excellent Leadership skills and a proven track record of achievement in the Contact Management environment to lead and enhance a highly performing department providing first contact facilities for the communities it serves, as well as delivering the command and control function for operational staff throughout the County.

Responsible for delivery of a truly People First service, you will have knowledge of the National Contact Management Strategy and will be capable of increasing public confidence in the local police through maintaining service standards whilst delivering an effective and highly efficient operation.

The Constabulary is in a period of structured change and the successful candidate will need to show the ability to recognise opportunities for service improvements and manage change programs.
