About the Client:
My client is a leading business services organisation and as part of a major contract stream they are looking for a Head of Operations to lead the contract and strategically develop operational delivery.

What the client is looking for:
This contract delivers a variety of back office and transactional services to a major client that are delivered from a network of international sites. To succeed in this role my client requires someone ideally from a BPO environment who is adept at strategically directing an account and also experienced in leading operational managers across multiple sites to deliver contract excellence in transactional processing, back office and collections.This is role offers an immediate start as you are part of the senior delivery team and will invovle international travel. The office base is in Dublin.Relocation / travel assistance is available to the successful candidate
