This large, multisite business who operates a Service and Sales Contact Centre has the requirement for an exceptional Sales Manager to join their highly successful, energetic site in the North West.
This role is a highly influential role in an expanding, rapidly changing business and is managing a team who take INBOUND sales calls – this is not a hard hitting, outbound environment at all!
Reporting into the Senior Contact Centre Sales Manager the successful candidate will have the following experience:
• Contact Centre Team Management experience
• Experience of managing an inbound sales team of close to 15 inbound sales advisors
• Experience of proactively managing in a changing culture – purely service to sales through service
• Demonstrable success of up selling and cross selling from inbound sales and order calls
• Exceptional People Management skills and experience
• Used to working as part of a fun, high achieving team in a progressive environment where internal promotions and prospects are a true reality
Key responsibilities include:
• Manage, motivate and develop your team to deliver business objectives and cross selling and up selling targets.
• Monitor and manage performance to drive and continually improve business performance
• Effectively manage resources to maximise effectiveness of sales operations
