This is an exciting opportunity for a strong contact centre team manager with an impressive track record and solid contact centre or call centre experience to lead, inspire, coach, develop, motivate and manage an existing team of inbound and outbound operatives.
Key Responsibilities:
To manage and drive the inbound and outbound handling of sales calls generated directly and indirectly from a number of varied marketing campaigns, ensuring excellent customer experience and maximisation of sales opportunities
Consistent development of team through monitoring of calls providing feedback and coaching both directly and through close management of the Sales Team Coach to ensure alignment with business sales and quality requirements
To recruit and train staff as required, providing ongoing technical support within the team .
To assist in the design/redesign of processes and scripts to meet changing business needs, encouraging constructive feedback from the team to help share best practise and promote suggestions for future improvement.
To support new initiatives & projects

Successful candidates must be sales driven with previous experience working in a target driven sales environment
Proven success in large, quality driven, Inbound or Outbound consumer sales and service operations.
Background and knowledge gained within the financial services industry
Demonstrable experience of leading and motivating a team to hit sales targets
You will have a passionate approach to working with and developing people
Ability to inspire sales advisors on a one-to-one basis as well as the gravitas and broader business acumen to interact effectively with senior colleagues across the organisation and external stakeholders.
An understanding of compliance and data protection issues surrounding call handling
Working knowledge/understanding of call centre telephony systems e.g. ACD
Detailed understanding of Performance Management processes
P.C. literate and ability to learn new technology at a rapid pace
