Senior Service Coach / Senior Quality Coach / Senior Customer Service Trainer / (Contact Centre / Call Centre), Salary c23-31K + bens, location Midlands
Working within the Contact Centre operation, this role carries responsibility for the management and delivery of quality coaching activities designed to add value to the ‘customer experience’ through effective engagement and excellence in call quality.

Specific responsibilities will include:-

*Monitor and influence the quality of coaching activity to drive excellent customer engagement and service

*To work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure coaching activities are prioritised and agree to meet individual, team and corporate needs

*To manage a team of Service Coaches, delivering key daily and weekly team activities through regular 1-2-1’s, observation, and review of development plans

*Prepare monthly MI reports to trend customer satisfaction and identify training needs

*Consistently seek to add value to your team through continuous self-development

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience of successfully managing and developing a customer service coaching team within a contact centre operation.
