This is a fantastic opportunity to join a Global Market leading business within the Financial Services industry. They currently operate across the globe and have numerous plans to expand the business further in the UK. They presently have a vacancy and are looking to recruit a Client Services Manager, who will run a team of B2B customer service professionals, dealing with any service issues, complaints and account management, whilst managing client relations and escalated enquiries. This is a position with great potential and the real possibility of further career progression for the right candidate.

Some of the duties include:
• Ensuring that all client queries are answered according to the business guidelines, ensuring policies are adhered to
• To ensure consistency with the decision made on claims
• Ensuring fair play is maintained between the business and the client
• Recruitment and development of staff skills and job related competencies
• The provision of information to the business on what our clients think of the service and their changing requirements
• To assist in the implementation and planning of all strategies focussed on speed and efficiency of call handling
• Ensure that all client interface projects and/or revenue/profit initiatives are managed effectively and that the required goals are achieved
• Close liaison with internal departments
• Ensuring staff are kept informed of new terminal releases and all fault resolutions

Skills and Experience
• Customer focused with excellent communications skills
• Previous experience of working in a client services / call centre environment
• Proven experience at managing a team is essential
• The ability to remain focussed, positive and calm under pressure
• Posses good problem solving skills
• Knowledge of the acquiring services industry would be an advantage

Candidates will require experience of managing a customer service focussed team or working previously in a client service position, B2B experience would be preferable.
