We are looking to recruit a proven Customer Service Manager to join a growing and successful contact centre. The 24/7 centre is the single point of contact for customers wishing to access any aspect of Sanctuary Group's Property Services.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, your team is specifically responsible for responding to all inbound calls along with any corresponding outbound calls, ensuring that repair orders are dispatched to third parties in a timely manner. You will assist in developing communication strategies, plans and objectives which are inline with the Groups policies and procedures.

You will be responsible for the management and monitoring of the performance of your team, ensuring they deliver continuous improvement across the operation by focusing on the customer experience both post and pre-call, and the implementation of the agreed customer service strategy. By maximising the contribution of the team, you will ensure the achievement of the overall Customer Service objectives.

An excellent communicator with proven experience of analysing information, producing reports and delivering complex projects, you will have a management degree or relevant professional qualification. The ideal candidate will also have extensive management exposure gained from the management and development of a contact centre/helpdesk environment.
