About the Role: The role holder will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of the operational training programme for specific segments within Sales and Service. They will create and maintain a business partner relationship with Operational Managers, using a consultative approach to support activity and deliver to agreed standards.
What we’re looking for: My client is looking for a candidate with proven experience of managing a diverse training delivery or design team in a dynamic customer focused environment. Someone who is able to demonstrate and provide evidence of knowledge of the learning cycle and how it has been successfully applied in previous roles.
You must possess outstanding leadership skills, be able to develop, inspire, support and guide individuals and a team. You must also be able to build and develop relationships with customers and peers, by intuitively adapting approach to their needs, proactively managing their expectations and delivering on promises.
