We are looking to recruit a hands-on, experienced, dynamic and creative individual to build and develop the companies new brand, through innovative marketing campaigns across International markets. As part of a small team you will have the opportunity to get involved in a broad range of marketing projects and activities such as:
Brand Awareness
Build, develop and reinforce the brand internally and externally (including employer brand) through various marketing channels including online, PR
Identify market potential for current and new services. Translate this into marketing strategies and plans to promote offer
Lead Generation
Generate leads for the sales and business growth teams
Client Retention
Develop and deliver client retention plans to include corporate hospitality
Sales Collateral/Aids
Support the sales and business growth teams with marketing collateral in order to generate business from new and existing accounts
Skills and Experience
• Can work independently and is comfortable taking the initiative and making new suggestions
• Has a practical hands-on mentality and is happy to cover both the administrative and strategic aspects of the role
• Has excellent written and verbal communications skills and communicates with clarity, using a flexible range of styles to suit audiences
• Challenges any areas of under-performance in self and others and develops and implements solutions to overcome shortfalls
• Shows tenacity and focus as well as flexibility in executing ideas
