Contact Centre Manager / Call Centre Manager, Salary £45,000-£60,000 + bonus + benefits, location North West / Offshore (Nearshore)
This is a superb opportunity for an experienced Contact Centre Manager to join a market-leading, global brand at senior manager level. Reporting to the Head of Contact Centre and Customer Relations this role will carry responsibility for the continual development of a high performance culture, focussed towards delivering world class service across a multi-channel contact centre environment.
Specific duties will include:-
*Responsible for the day-to-day management and motivation of a contact centre operation targeted across a range of metrics
*Actively contribute to the long-term development of contact strategy, ensuring it is aligned to corporate objectives and supports client growth
*Responsible for the ensuring a high standard of risk control through the operation and compliance with corporate policy
*Provide ‘visible’ leadership with ongoing support and proactively managing areas under-performance within the operation
*Effective internal / external stakeholder management across a wide spectrum of seniority, within a complex, corporate working environment
The ideal candidate will have a demonstrable track record of success in managing and motivating contact centre teams to high performance and successful delivery across a range of KPI’s / SLA. In addition, the ability to effectively manage change within a contact centre environment and excellent written / verbal communication skills will be essential.
